The dress is so gorgeous!! I’m 5’10, D cup, and got a large for reference. It’s actually long enough for someone my height and the color is absolutely like the picture. The only complaint is that the chest does fit a bit akward bc it’s meant for a smaller one. But other than that it’s absolutely perfect!! I love it and so does my boo ❤️

The dress seems like it was made on demand by a junior seamstress who only recently learned to sew. Strings were not cut from the seems, it didn’t have proper shape. Paid extra for express shipping, but it took almost a month to get here. Not worth it.

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the shipping method you selected. We want to clarify that the $18 payment was for the standard shipping option, as indicated in the order confirmation email. Regrettably, the package encountered an unexpected delay at US customs, which was beyond our control.
We genuinely empathize with the urgency of your need for the dress for your daughter's homecoming event. We're deeply sorry that it didn't reach you in time. Our team had actively reached out to the shipping carrier to expedite the process, but unfortunately, the circumstances were beyond our immediate influence.
We'd like to reassure you that we uphold a 30-day return policy for situations like this. If the dress arrives after the intended event date, customers are more than welcome to return it following our return policy guidelines. We'll facilitate the return process with an RMA and a pre-paid return label upon your decision. But instead of returning the dress you chose open a chargeback with your back and left this negative review, which is something we fail to understand.
