Easy 30-Day Return Policy

At Jewelclues, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is exceptional. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please follow our return policy guidelines below.

Understanding Product Types and Return Eligibility

When shopping at Jewelclues, please note that dresses are labeled on the product page to help you understand their type and the applicable return policy:

  • Made-To-Order Dresses: These dresses are uniquely handcrafted once we receive the order and come in two types:
    • Standard Size: These are Made-To-Order dresses exclusively handcrafted once we receive the order in our standard sizes. They are eligible for return but only for 50% store credit. A 50% restocking fee applies.
    • Custom Size / Personalized Dresses: These are tailored specifically to your requirements / measurements and are considered final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • Ready-To-Ship Dresses: These dresses are in stock, available for immediate shipment, and are labeled as “Ready-To-Ship” on the product page. They are eligible for return or exchange according to our general return policy.

Please carefully check the product page labels before purchasing to understand the return eligibility and any applicable fees for your item. This will help ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Return Guidelines:

  1. Return Timeframe: Request for RMA must be made within 7 days of delivery and Items must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery. All return must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns sent after 30 days will be denied.
  2. Sale Items: Eligible sale items are refunded as store credit only. No returns, refunds, or credits are available for final sale items, regardless of price. However, final sale items purchased above $75 may qualify for size-based exchanges.
  3. Condition of Returns:
    • Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with hygienic liners (if applicable).
    • Items must have all vendor tags attached and be in their original condition.
    • Items sold as sets must be returned with all pieces in the correct sizes as originally sold.
    • Items marked "Made-To-Order" on our website are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Items with obvious use (e.g., makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, damage) do not qualify for return and will be denied.
  4. Discounted Items / Use of Promo Code:
    • "Ready-To-Ship" or "Ready-To-Wear" items purchased with a promo code offering more than a 24.99% discount are considered final sale but are eligible for size-based exchanges.
    • Other discounted / Sale items can be returned for store credit only.
    • Items purchased using any promo code are subject to our Promo Terms
  5. Made-To-Order and Custom Items:
    • Standard-size Made-To-Order items can be returned for 50% store credit, with a 50% restocking fee applied.
    • Made-To-Order items purchased with a promo code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Custom Orders and Made-To-Order items in custom sizes are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
  6. Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or refunded.
  7. Excessive Returns: Jewelclues reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.

How to Make a Return:

    1. Within the Contiguous United States:
      • Email us at hello@jewelclues.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return label.
      • A prepaid return label will be sent to you by our customer support team.

Note: A $15 fee per item will be deducted from your refund. At Jewelclues, we’re committed to offering quality products to our customers, while keeping sustainability in mind. This fee helps to cover a small portion of the costs associated with processing your return, inspecting and repackaging the returned product, and maintaining the quality of products you expect from us. This allows us to keep our product prices lower and keep returned products out of landfills.

  1. Outside the Contiguous United States:
    • Email us at hello@jewelclues within 7 days of delivery to request an RMA. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
    • Include a piece of paper with your order number inside your return package and ship to:

Please Note: Remove any old shipping labels, prepay all return shipping charges, including duties and taxes, and use an insured postal carrier. Jewelclues is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns (returns without an RMA) may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item value. Refunds for such returns will be in the form of store credit only.

Exchanges: For exchanges, please review our Exchange Policy.

Cancellations: Please note that order cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Refunds:

  1. Eligible Full-Price Ready-To-Ship Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  2. Other Eligible Returns: Refunded as online credit.
  3. Personalized and Custom Size Made-To-Order Items: Considered final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  4. Standard Size Made-To-Order Items: Subject to 50% restocking fee and refunded in store credit only.
  5. Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for processing after receipt of your return. We do not refund original shipping charges. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is issued.

Stale Returns & Non-Jewelclues Items: Returns received after 30 days are considered stale and are ineligible for refunds or exchanges. Jewelclues is not responsible for non-Jewelclues items returned to our warehouse.

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages: Packages returned to sender will be refunded as store credit (valid for 30 days) minus applicable shipping charges and a handling fee of up to 50%. No refund will be issued for abandoned, lost, or refused packages due to incorrect address or unpaid duties.

Important: Ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Jewelclues is not responsible for lost or misplaced shipments due to incorrect address information.
