Fast and Easy Refunds
Jewelclues have a 30 Day Return Policy. All refunds are processed according to our store policies outlined in our return policy and exchange policy. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Gift cards & Final Sales Items.
- Any custom made / custom size item or any item that has been modified in any manner.
- Products purchased using discount code or during promotion or sales.
- To complete your return for refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Stale returns and Non-Jewelclues or personal returns.
- Shipping Fee paid is non-refundable, except in case of wrong/damaged item return.
REFUNDS (WHEN APPLICABLE)
- For all eligible full priced order returns refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Orders canceled within 24hrs of placing the order are refunded in full.
- For Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.
- Original shipping is non-refundable. In case original shipping was Free, JewelClues reserve the right to charge flat fee of $10 per item returned.
- For full priced items (excluding "Made to Order" items) we offer a full refund excluding shipping. Discounted items, including items purchased using discount / promo code will be refunded in form of store credit.
- Made to Order items: Any item labeled as Made to Order on our website are refunded only in form of store credit. 50% restocking fee apply.
In case of return due to damaged or wrong item in package, refund will be processed after we receive and access the return package. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a 10 business days.
Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
