Refund Policy

Fast and Easy Refunds

At Jewelclues, we want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward return and refund process. All returns are processed according to the terms outlined in our return policy and exchange policy.

Refund Process

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery as per our return policy. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that the processing time for refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear, and it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (including items purchased on promotions or sales)
  • Custom-made or custom-sized items, or any items modified after purchase
  • Personalization fees, including expedited tailoring or custom modifications
  • Products purchased using discount codes or during sales events
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Non-Jewelclues or personal returns
  • Any item that has been modified in any manner.
  • Shipping fee paid is non-refundable, except in case of wrong/damaged item return.

Refund Methods

  • Full-Priced Items: Eligible items purchased at full price will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
  • Discounted Items / Items Purchase using Promo Code: Eligible items purchased with a discount code or during sales events will be refunded as store credit. Promo Terms will apply for all orders placed using any promo code or discount code.
  • Made-To-Order Items: For eligible Standard Size Made-To-Order items, refunds will be issued as store credit only, subject to a 50% restocking fee. Custom-size Made-To-Order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
  • Order Cancellations: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item for our review.
  3. We will cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item, and a full refund will be processed once the return is received.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For returns of items, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $15 per item returned.

Alterations After Delivery

  • We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for alterations after delivery, including any custom modifications or changes to Made-To-Order dresses. Alterations should be made by a qualified professional at the customer’s expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank for potential delays in processing.
  4. If you’ve completed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@jewelclues.com.
