All orders are subject to acceptance by Jewelclues. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. An order is considered accepted only upon shipment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or adjust orders placed under incorrect pricing.

Payment is authorized at checkout and may be captured at the time of order placement, subject to order acceptance and fulfillment.

By placing an order, you authorize Jewelclues to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on eligible taxable orders shipped within New Jersey and is applied in accordance with applicable New Jersey state and local tax laws. Applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

Risk of Loss and Shipping

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

Product Information & Expectation Framework

We strive to ensure accuracy in all product descriptions, images, specifications, and related details; however, we do not guarantee that all content is entirely error-free.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Variations in color, texture, lighting, or appearance may occur due to photography, styling, or display settings and are not considered defects.

Certain products are made-to-order or handcrafted and may include natural variations in embroidery placement, applique positioning, fabric texture, print alignment, and finishing details due to artisanal production methods and material batch differences.

These variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects, damage, or material nonconformity.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizes and providing accurate measurements where required. Size guidance is provided for reference only and does not guarantee fit.

User Content

You may submit reviews or content provided it is lawful and does not violate third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant Jewelclues a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, scraping, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jewelclues LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Jewelclues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products purchased.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your purchase of products, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You agree that disputes shall not be brought as class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims.

Arbitration shall take place in the State of New Jersey unless otherwise required by applicable law, and may be conducted in person, by video, or by telephone as permitted by the arbitrator.

Any arbitration award may be confirmed and enforced solely in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey to protect intellectual property rights or prevent actual or threatened misuse of the Services, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Jewelclues directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue internally.

We reserve the right to present these Terms, order records, shipping confirmations, and communication history as evidence in any payment dispute process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Jewelclues and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
