JewelClues Promo Terms

These terms apply to all orders placed using any promo code or discount code on our website. By applying a promo or discount code during checkout, customers agree to these terms in addition to our Return Policy, Refund Policy, and general Terms of Service. Promotional offers and discount codes may be updated or adjusted from time to time to reflect availability and special events.

Flash Sales / Deals

• Limited-time and limited-quantity offers; purchase must be completed through checkout.
• No rain checks, retroactive application, or combination with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Official timing is based on the website timestamp.
• JewelClues is not responsible for delays or failures due to technical issues, human error, or unauthorized interference.
• For personal use only; quantity limits per customer may apply.

Discount Codes

• Exclude gift cards, taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
• Must be applied at checkout; cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
• Eligible returns are refunded as store credit only; restocking and return shipping fees may apply.
• JewelClues may modify or cancel any discount at any time without notice.

Free Items During Promotions

• Free items are the lowest-priced item(s) unless otherwise stated.
• Returning a higher-priced paid item may make the customer responsible for the value of associated free items, including taxes and shipping.
• For multiple free items, the highest-priced free item is subtracted when a higher-priced paid item is returned.
• All decisions regarding returns and refunds for promotional items are final and binding.

Final Sale

Please review Final Sale conditions carefully before completing your order.

• Made-To-Order Collection dresses (including size US2–16) purchased using any promo code are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Ready-To-Ship Collection (size XS-XL) purchases made during promotions, sales, or using discount codes of 25% or more are Final Sale and non-refundable.

Combined Discount + Free Gift Promotions

• Items purchased with both a discount and a free gift are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Free items may be shipped separately; delivery times may vary.
• Free items cannot be exchanged or substituted.
• Each customer may use such promotions only once per promo period.

These Promo Terms do not alter the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, which remain fully applicable. In case of any conflict, the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy will govern.

JewelClues reserves the right to modify or update these Promo Terms at any time without notice. Any situations not addressed will be reviewed by JewelClues and resolved at our sole discretion. All decisions are final.
