At JewelClues, each dress is handmade with a focus on form, fabric, and detail — designed for life’s most meaningful occasions.

Every order contributes to our sustainability commitment: each dress plants 1 tree and helps remove 5 plastic bottles from the environment.

Below you will find our shipping timelines, delivery expectations, and service terms.

Order Processing

Ready-To-Ship Collection (Size XS–XL)

  • Ships within 2–4 business days

Made-To-Order Collection (Size US2–16) | Custom Size / Personalized / Bespoke

  • Handcrafted after your order is received
  • Please allow 30–45 business days for production before shipping
  • In some cases, production timelines may extend beyond the standard timeframe due to design complexity, material availability, or seasonal demand. Should this affect your order, our team will keep you informed.

Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to select international destinations where we can ensure reliable delivery, tracking, and customer support. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to process orders for delivery to that destination.

Shipping Options & ETA

Shipping methods cannot be modified once an order has been submitted. Please review and carefully select your preferred shipping option during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • No Rush Free Shipping: 7–15+ business days
  • Standard Shipping: $29 | 5–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: $40 | 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. The selected shipping method affects carrier transit time after dispatch only and does not change the order processing time.

How Shipping Works

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • Transit time begins the day your order leaves our fulfillment facility.
  • Delivery and transit times vary by carrier, destination, and local factors such as customs, holidays, or weather.
  • You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item availability and/or fulfillment from different locations.

Track Packages

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers and delivered by local postal services or their affiliates. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Fulfillment Locations & Sustainability

  • We carefully curate our collections to minimize waste and support sustainable practices.
  • Made-To-Order Collection orders are fulfilled from our USA atelier, and Ready-To-Ship Collection orders from USA/China/Hong Kong facilities depending on availability.

Signature & Delivery Responsibility

  • Made-To-Order shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
  • Ready-To-Ship orders are typically delivered without a signature requirement, depending on carrier discretion.
  • Orders are considered fulfilled once transferred to the carrier and a tracking number is issued.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Carrier tracking status is considered final proof of delivery.

International Shipping & Customs

  • Duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are generally collected by the carrier before delivery.
  • Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.
  • Unpaid duties resulting in refused, abandoned, or returned-to-sender shipments may void eligibility for a refund, store credit, or reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order is handed over to the carrier, JewelClues is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 2–3 days so we can assist you in contacting the carrier.

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

  • Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to the sender are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or free reshipment.
  • Customers may request reshipment at their own expense. Reshipment requires the customer to pay all associated costs, including shipping, handling, customs duties, and carrier fees.
  • JewelClues reserves the right to deny reshipment at its sole discretion.
  • JewelClues is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or additional costs once an order has been dispatched.

Order Restrictions

  • We may limit orders exceeding a $1,000 merchandise subtotal or 20 items per order.
  • Policy Exceptions: Any situations not addressed will be reviewed by JewelClues and resolved at our sole discretion. All decisions are final.
