Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Order

At JewelClues, we aim to fulfill your order as quickly and accurately as possible. While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests, eligibility depends on the dress collection type, size, and purchase conditions.

Ready-To-Ship Collection

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not shipped.
  • Once the item has shipped, our Return Policy applies for eligible returns.
  • Final Sale Orders can not be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Made-To-Order Collection

  • Standard Made-To-Order Size (US 2–16): Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement with a flat cancellation fee of $75 per dress. After 24 hours, cancellations incur a 50% fee per dress based on the original dress price (before discounts). An additional fee of up to $150 may also be applicable in cases where the order is already far into production, or specialized fabrics or production techniques were used. Refunds are issued as store credit only. This fee reflects labor, materials, and planning already assigned to your order, while supporting sustainable practices.
  • Custom Size / Personalized / Bespoke Orders: Final sale; cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Orders for any item clearly marked as Final Sale and Standard Made-To-Order Size (US 2-16) dresses purchased using any promo code are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@jewelclues.com with your order number (starting with JC) in the subject line. A customer service representative will respond to confirm approval or inform you if the order cannot be canceled.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed. JewelClues reserves the right to deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion, with or without explanation—even if the item has not yet shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for submitting complete and timely cancellation requests.
  • Any refunds due will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Policy Exceptions: Any situations not addressed will be reviewed by JewelClues and resolved at our sole discretion. All decisions are final.
