Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Order

We understand how important your order is, and we aim to fulfill it as quickly as possible. You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for any reason and receive a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Please note: In some rare cases, orders may be too far along in the fulfillment process to be stopped, even if a tracking number has not yet been issued or updated. In such instances, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

While we may not be able to cancel every order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy once the order has been delivered.

Eligible Made-To-Order dresses in standard size may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will incur a 50% fee based on the original dress price (before any discounts).

Made-To-Order dresses in custom size (also known as Made-To-Measure), and all Personalized, Bespoke, or Custom Dresses are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Orders for any item clearly marked as "Final Sale," or any Made-To-Order dress purchased using a promo or discount code, are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

JewelClues Support Team can inform you of your order status and advise whether it is eligible for cancellation and a full refund. Once an item has shipped, our Returns Policy will apply. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on canceled orders, where applicable.

Any refunds due will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@jewelclues.com. Please include your order number (starting with JC) in the subject line. A customer service representative will respond to confirm approval or inform you if the order cannot be canceled.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. JewelClues reserves the right to deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion, with or without explanation—even if the item has not yet shipped.

Customers are fully responsible for cancellation requests that are incomplete, late, or improperly submitted.
