Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Your Order
Every JewelClues dress is Made-to-Order and exclusively handmade after an order is received. Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are subject to the terms below and are not guaranteed.
Made-To-Order Size 2–16
- Within 24 hours of placement: Orders may be canceled with a flat cancellation fee of $75 per dress.
- After 24 hours: Approved cancellations incur a 50% cancellation fee per dress, calculated from the dress's original price before discounts. An additional fee of up to $150 per dress may also apply if the order is already advanced in production or specialized fabrics, materials, or production techniques have been committed specifically to the order.
- Refunds: Approved cancellations are issued as JewelClues store credit only. Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted before store credit is issued.
Cancellation fees reflect materials, labor, production planning, and other costs committed specifically to your Made-To-Order dress.
Final Sale Items
Custom size, personalized, and bespoke orders are Final Sale. These orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.
Items specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.
Orders placed using a promotional or discount code are subject to our Promo Terms and are considered Final Sale.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@jewelclues.com with your order number (starting with JC) in the subject line.
Because Made-To-Order production may begin shortly after purchase, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. JewelClues will review the request and confirm whether cancellation is available and any applicable fees.
Important Notes
- Cancellation is not guaranteed. JewelClues reserves the right to deny a cancellation request if production has progressed to a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.
- Customers are responsible for submitting complete and timely cancellation requests.
- Cancellation fees are calculated separately for each dress in the order.
- Any approved cancellation credit will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Policy Exceptions: Situations not expressly addressed in this policy will be reviewed individually and resolved at JewelClues' discretion.
