No Direct Exchanges

JewelClues does not offer direct exchanges. Because all dresses are Made-to-Order and exclusively handmade after an order is received, each order is created specifically for the customer.

If you would like a different style, size, or color, an eligible Made-to-Order Size 2–16 dress may be returned for JewelClues store credit in accordance with our Return Policy. A new order may then be placed separately.

Custom-size, personalized, customized, bespoke, and items specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit except where required by applicable law.
