Yes. JewelClues ships to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Kuwait, the Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Available destinations and shipping options are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, excise taxes, brokerage fees, and other government or carrier charges are not included in the dress price or in any payment made to JewelClues. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and, where applicable, must be paid separately to the carrier, customs authority, or other applicable authority before or upon receipt of the order.

JewelClues does not collect or control these charges unless specifically stated at checkout. The amount and applicability of customs duties, taxes, and other import charges vary by destination and are determined by the applicable authorities.

Because every JewelClues dress is made-to-order and handcrafted after purchase, production takes approximately 6–8 weeks for standard orders. Orders using Expedite Tailoring on eligible styles have an estimated 4–6 week production period.

• Late or incomplete customer measurements or personalization details

• Carrier, customs, weather, holiday, or other operational delays

Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed, but we work diligently to complete and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or misdelivered, please contact us so we can assist with the available carrier claim process.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 2–3 days so we can help review the shipment information.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Your Order page on our website.
