JewelClues Rewards Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE JEWELCLUES REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE JEWELCLUES REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM.
As discussed in the Terms of Service, you and Jewelclues agree, with limited exceptions, to resolve all disputes between you and Jewelclues through BINDING ARBITRATION, as further provided in the Terms of Service. ARBITRATION MEANS THAT YOU AND THE COMPANY ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Jewelclues Rewards Eligibility. Jewelclues Rewards is a loyalty program offered to Jewelclues.com account holders. You must be a United States resident (including U.S. territories and Washington, D.C.) and at least 18 years of age to participate in the Jewelclues Rewards program. If you change your billing or shipping address to one that is not located in the United States (including U.S. territories and Washington, D.C.), you will no longer be able to receive or redeem Jewelclues Rewards benefits, including previously earned Jewelclues Rewards benefits.
Description of Jewelclues Rewards. Jewelclues Rewards is a free program to reward our customers for their loyalty. Members receive certain promotional offers and benefits, and have the opportunity to achieve “VIP Status” and unlock additional promotional rewards.
Joining Jewelclues Rewards. To join Jewelclues Rewards, simply log into your existing Jewelclues.com account or, if you do not already have an account, register for an account on Jewelclues.com. Customers with Jewelclues.com accounts will be automatically enrolled in Jewelclues Rewards. If you are automatically enrolled, you must still agree to these terms to participate in Jewelclues Rewards. There are no membership fees associated with the Jewelclues Rewards program. You may opt-out of Jewelclues Rewards at any time by emailing hello@Jewelclues.com and requesting to cancel your Jewelclues.com account. If you cancel your account, you will not be able to redeem any unused Jewelclues Rewards Perks.
Attaining VIP Status. Jewelclues Rewards account holders who make at least two Qualified Orders within six months will be automatically promoted to VIP Status. To maintain VIP Status, you must make at least two Qualified Orders every six months, on a rolling basis.
To make a Qualified Order you must be signed into your Jewelclues.com account when placing the order and keep at least one item from the order. You can check your orders in the “My Account” Dashboard to see which orders are Qualified Orders and monitor your progress toward VIP Status. Orders paid entirely with gift card online credit are not eligible to be Qualified Orders. If you make a Qualified Order and later return all the items in the order, that order is no longer a Qualified Order and will not count toward your VIP Status. If you have earned VIP Status, but as a result of returns, no longer have two Qualified Orders in a six-month period, your VIP Status will be revoked and you will not be able to redeem any unused VIP Status perks.
Jewelclues Rewards Perks. Jewelclues Rewards members receive personalized offers, coupons, and gifts (“Perks”). You must opt into emails from Jewelclues to receive these Perks. Perks may be customized based on purchase behaviors and preferences. Perks may have certain restrictions including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Read each offer carefully for specific details. Jewelclues Rewards and VIP Status Perks must be redeemed at time of purchase and may not be applied retroactively. Only the account holder may use and access the Jewelclues Rewards Perks when available.
Jewelclues reserves the right to change the Perks provided to Jewelclues Rewards Members and VIP.
VIP Status members also receive monthly promotions specific to VIP Status members, and early access to certain sales. If you are a VIP Status member, you may receive a promotional gift on your Jewelclues Anniversary (based on the month in which you created your Jewelclues account).
All Perks are promotional only and have no cash value.
Your Jewelclues Rewards Account Is Personal. Each Jewelclues customer may create only one Jewelclues Rewards account. The Jewelclues Rewards account is personal and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with family, friends, or for commercial purposes. Jewelclues Rewards account and associated benefits are not intended for those purchasing items for resale.
