An Overview

All JewelClues dresses are Made-to-Order and exclusively handmade after an order is received. Each dress is created specifically for the customer.

Eligible Made-to-Order Size 2–16 dresses may be returned for JewelClues store credit, subject to the requirements, conditions, deadlines, and fees outlined in our Return Policy.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending a return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different style, size, or color, an eligible return may be processed under our Return Policy and a new order may be placed separately.

Custom-size, personalized, customized, bespoke, and items specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit except where required by applicable law.

Eligible returns are issued as JewelClues store credit only. Original-payment refunds are not provided for eligible returns. Applicable return fees, restocking fees, and return shipping fees are outlined in our Return Policy.

For approved returns within the contiguous United States, JewelClues provides a prepaid return label and deducts the applicable $40 return shipping fee per dress from the store credit issued. Customers returning from outside the contiguous United States are responsible for applicable return shipping and related carrier charges.
