JEWELCLUES COVID-19 UPDATE

Hey Jewelclues Fam,

As the world begins to feel the effects of COVID-19 we’re making some changes to how we operate so that we can truly focus on the safety of our employees and all of our amazing customers. All Jewelclues employees who can work from home are doing so through June 30, 2020. (or till the situation demands).

Our vendor warehouses and distribution centers has always followed strict hygiene practices that are adhered to everyday, however, we have placed additional steps for sanitization and hygiene including social distancing protocols from our leading medical experts to ensure a safe environment for packaging & shipping. Although, we are still able to ship most of the products, some vendors are unable to fulfill orders due to lockdown situations. All such vendors and their products are temporarily removed from our website.

The good news is we are still open for business. You can shop jewelclues.com 24/7 as usual. We are shipping orders normally, but delivery may be delayed by 5-7 days or more due to the current pandemic situation across globe, therefore we can not guarantee any ETA for order deliveries at this point. Incase you want express shipping will only guarantee to process your order on priority bases. Suggest you to choose No Rush Free shipping while ordering.

In rare case, where we or any of our vendor fails to ship the product in reasonable time, we will cancel the order & make 100% refund, no question asked. Although we are trying hard to make sure all your purchases reaches you on time, we will not be liable for delivery delays caused by reasons outside our control or by third-party (eg. shipping company).  Like always our support team will be available to help all our customers, and try to fix issues on case to case bases whenever such situation arrive.
