Refer a Friend Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE JEWELCLUES REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM (“PROGRAM”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

The Program is operated by Jewelclues LLC (“Jewelclues,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Program through Jewelclues.com.

These Terms do not alter in any way the Jewelclues.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Jewelclues collects and uses personal information. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Jewelclues.com Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Jewelclues.com Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy will control.

Eligibility

The Program is available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Jewelclues employees are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

To participate, use the referral links available through the Program to refer eligible friends to Jewelclues.com, either via email, social media, or other permitted methods.

An eligible friend is one who:

• Is at least eighteen (18) years old;
• Has never previously purchased from Jewelclues.com; and
• Is not employed by Jewelclues.

Each eligible friend that you refer may receive a referral coupon that can be used on their first qualifying purchase on Jewelclues.com. There is a limit of one (1) referral coupon per referred friend.

Rewards

If an eligible friend that you referred completes a qualifying purchase through your referral link, you may receive a reward coupon that can be used toward a future qualifying purchase on Jewelclues.com.

Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days after your friend's qualifying purchase for your reward coupon to be issued. Rewards are not issued for canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalid orders.

You may earn a maximum of ten (10) referral rewards through this Program.

Coupon Terms

Coupons and discount codes issued through the Program are subject to the following requirements:

• The referred customer receives a $50 discount code toward their first qualifying purchase of $399 or more before taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.
• The referring participant receives a $50 discount code after the referred order qualifies. The discount code requires a minimum merchandise purchase value of $399 before taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.
• Coupons and discount codes expire thirty (30) days after issuance.
• Coupons and discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or special offers.
• Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
• Coupons and discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

All purchases made using referral coupons or rewards are subject to our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Promo Terms, including all applicable restrictions, exclusions, and limitations.

Privacy

This Program is administered through a third-party referral platform. Pursuant to our Privacy Policy, Jewelclues may share information with third-party service providers as necessary to administer the Program.

General Terms

You may not attempt to make referrals by providing names of people you do not know, sending unsolicited emails, posting referral links or discount codes on coupon websites or unauthorized platforms, creating multiple accounts, referring yourself, or providing false or misleading information.

Participants may not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims regarding Jewelclues products, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping timelines, policies, or services.

Jewelclues reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Program, violates these Terms, abuses referral rewards, or engages in other conduct that Jewelclues determines to be disruptive or contrary to the spirit of the Program.

Any decisions that Jewelclues makes in connection with the Program are final and binding.

Modification and Termination

Jewelclues reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to earn or redeem referral rewards.

Jewelclues also reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, even though termination may affect your ability to earn or redeem referral rewards.

Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes made to these Terms. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about any changes Jewelclues may make to these Program Terms. The most current version of the Terms will be available on the Program page.
