Refund Policy

Fast and Easy Refunds

At JewelClues, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains how eligible refunds are issued once a return has been approved and received, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refund eligibility, method, and amount depend on the Dress Collection Type, size, and applicable conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Refund Eligibility & Processing

  • Only returns approved through an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are eligible for review.
  • Returned items must meet all return conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Refunds are issued only after returned items pass inspection and eligibility is confirmed.
  • Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Refund timing may vary by payment provider and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items & Charges

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Custom-size or personalized orders
  • Items purchased using promo codes where stated as final sale
  • Original shipping charges
  • Alteration, tailoring, or customization costs
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, odor, missing tags, or incomplete sets
  • Non-JewelClues items returned to our warehouse
  • Any import duties, taxes, customs, or excise fees paid at delivery

Refund Methods

Ready-To-Ship Collection

  • Full-Price Items: Eligible Ready-To-Ship Size (XS–XL) returns are refunded to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
  • Discounted / Sale / Promo Code Items: Eligible returns are refunded as store credit only. Promo Terms apply.

Made-To-Order Collection

  • Standard Made-To-Order Size (US 2–16): Eligible returns are refunded as store credit only, subject to a 50% restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated based on the original listed price of the dress, regardless of any discounts, promotions, or sale price applied at purchase.
  • Custom Size / Personalized / Bespoke Orders: Final sale; not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Orders Paid with Store Credit or Gift Cards

  • Store Credit: Any eligible refund for orders paid partially or fully with store credit will be issued as store credit only.
  • Gift Cards: Any eligible refund for orders paid partially or fully with a gift card will be issued back to a gift card only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or documentation.

Once reviewed and verified, we will offer a reasonable resolution, which may include a partial refund as store credit or, in certain cases, a replacement in the same style and variant.

JewelClues reserves the right to deny claims that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or inconsistent evidence. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for damaged or defective claims. Replacement orders may require standard production timelines. All decisions regarding damaged or defective items are final and binding.

Return Processing & Fees

  • A $15 processing fee applies per Ready-To-Ship return.
  • A $25 processing fee applies per Made-To-Order return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Ready-To-Ship Collection: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipping are refunded in full to the original payment method. Once shipped, our Return Policy applies.
  • Made-To-Order Size (US 2–16): Orders cancelled within 24 hours incur a $75 fee per dress. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 50% fee per dress based on the original dress price. Refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Custom Size / Personalized / Bespoke / Final Sale Items: Cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. Orders marked as Final Sale or Made-To-Order purchased with a promo code are final.

Store Credit

  • Store credit must be retained and applied by the customer at checkout.
  • Store credit codes cannot be retrieved, reissued, or reapplied once an order is placed.
  • JewelClues is not responsible for lost, expired, deleted, or misplaced store credit codes.

Late or Missing Refunds

Store credit and gift card refunds are generally issued immediately once a return is approved and processed. Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–14 business days to appear on your bank or card statement after the refund has been processed on our side, depending on your financial institution.

Policy Exceptions

Any situations not specifically addressed in this Refund Policy will be reviewed by JewelClues and resolved at our sole discretion. All decisions are final.
