Klarna is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
When you pay in 4, Klarna splits your purchase into 4 equal payments. Klarna collects the first payment when you check out. The remaining 3 payments are collected every 2 weeks. You spread the cost over 6 weeks.
Just shop and check out as usual! At checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method online. For your first purchase, you will be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your Klarna account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!
Please note: All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna and the bag value must be between $1 and $2,000.
Klarna is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, and a US mobile phone number.
Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers outside of these available markets will not be able to set up an account with Klarna.
You can log in to your Klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
All Klarna customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method. You can log in to your Klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Klarna to make your payments early – the amount you owe will be adjusted accordingly.

Online orders paid for with Klarna are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes and as per shipping method on order like any order from Jewelclues.
Yes, your cart value must be between $1 and $2,000 to use Klarna.
No, you may not use another form of payment with Klarna.
Klarna is not available for purchases of Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards. If your order contains Gift Cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your Gift Card(s) separately.
Klarna returns follow Jewelclues standard return policy.
Please note: Refunds for items purchased with Klarna will be refunded from Jewelclues to Klarna. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as Jewelclues has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
