We offer two types of Made to Order dresses:
- Made to Order dress in US Standard Size
- Made to Order in Custom Size (also know as Made to Measure) or Custom Color / Style
- Whether you choose a standard size or customer size, dress is tailored once we receive the order. Generally, tailoring time is 30-45 business days.
- As each Made-to-Order dress is uniquely handmade, some variation in color and design (e.g embroidery / print) is allowed and should be accepted.
- Eligible Returns of Made to Order items in Standard Size (size 2 - 16) are refunded in the form of store credit only. 50% restocking fee apply.
- Orders of Custom size (Made to Measure) and Personalized Dresses e.g custom color, design change, customized dresses are considered as Final Sale.
